• The test was purchased at least 7 days prior to the exam date (to ensure sufficient time for studying the material).
• The customer provides adequate documentation of the failed first attempt.
• The exam information must match the buyer’s registered information.
• We hold 0.99$ transaction fee on all refunds we process.

Therefore, it is required that customers read the description carefully and contact us before buying.
