Certificationtest respects the intellectual property rights of others. Upon receiving a notice of alleged copyright infringement, Certificationtest will take appropriate action at its sole discretion, which may include removing the allegedly infringing material and terminating access for repeat offenders of copyright-protected content.
If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed by Certificationtest or a third party who has uploaded content to our website, please provide the following details to the designated Copyright Agent listed below:

- A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on the Site;
- Your address, phone number, and email address for contact, and, if applicable, an email address for the alleged infringing party (if not Certificationtest) to contact you;

- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner;
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Certificationtest may request additional details before removing any allegedly infringing content. If Certificationtest removes the material, it will notify the person responsible for posting the content and inform them of the removal or disabling of access. Certificationtest may also provide your email address to the individual so they can respond to your allegations.
